The Metera DAO is a community-driven governance model that ensures the protocol's long-term sustainability and financial health. Its core objectives are to:

• Secure Long-Term Sustainability: Grow the ecosystem, maximize its value, support development, and operational excellence.

• Guide Direction: Empower METERA holders to shape protocol upgrades, revenue streams, and the creation of DAO-owned Metera Tokenized Indexes (MTKs)

• Drive Innovation: Continuously explore and implement strategies to foster growth and adapt to market opportunities.

Operating under MP DAO LLC—a non-profit legal entity registered in the Marshall Islands and ratified by METERA NFT holders—Metera DAO leverages community decision-making to guide its growth. We are committed to developing a more robust, transparent, and adaptive system as the protocol evolves.

As ratified by the Metera NFT holders, the Metera Team will act as the administrative entity responsible for technical alignment, opening special periods for MTK creation, and the DAO treasury management.
