# Actors

* **User**: Any user interacting (deposit or withdraw) with the MTK.
* **Fund Manager**: The agent who creates the strategy for the MTK and will later on benefit from fees.
* **Metera DAO:** Needed for the approval of MTKs and governance.  
* **Batcher**: Service in charge of signing admin transactions and trigger the update transactions. 
* **Contract Backend**: Backend in charge of building and submitting all transactions of the portfolio and orders.
