Index Creation

This feature is not open to the public on testnet.

Eventually users will be able to create their own MTKs and offer them through Metera Protocol.

For the public Testnet, Metera Protocol team will be the once providing with the MTKs. Other MTKs will eventually be live in the testnet from different partners.
