Investing in Tokenize Indexes:

• Users can invest in a diverse range of tokenized indexes (MTKs), gaining exposure to multiple assets and strategies through a single token.

Tokenize Index Creation:

• Wether you are an asset manager professional or a regular user that wants to tokenize their index, you can become a Fund Manager and craft your own tokenized index (MTKs).

• Define your strategy, select underlying assets, propose the strategy to the DAO for approval, if approved, provide initial liquidity, set fees and create your MTK.

Secure and Transparent Custody:

• Underlying Assets in MTKs are securely held in non-custodial vaults using smart contracts, guaranteeing transparency and asset security.

• Funds can only be deposited into the vaults during the minting process (Buy) and can only be withdrawn upon burning (Sell), ensuring user assets remain secure from unauthorized access.

Quality:

• Xerberus’ Risk Ratings* are used in order to vet assets, ensuring asset quality standards in all MTKs.

• All assets need to have at least a grade of "C" to be eligible to be included in the MTKs.

Being a $METERA token holder allows you to:

1. Participate in Governance

   1. Approve MTKs issuance

      1. In order to create a MTK, the proposal strategy needs to have the approval of the DAO.

   2. Change Protocol parameters

      1. Voting can be conducted in order to change protocol parameters, such as fees.

   3. Changes to the DAO Constitution

2. DAO Treasury Strategy

   1. $METERA holders may be eligible to receive rewards generated by the Treasury strategy.

   2. All $METERA tokenized indexes revenue will be part of the DAO Treasury.
